FEATURES
Clee is not a collection of features. It is a set of enforcement mechanisms — organised into six operating layers, each governed by rules the clinic sets once.
LAYER 01 — THE CALENDAR THAT RESPECTS YOUR RULES
PACKAGES
Clients buy a package and book every session in advance, within the intervals you set. Nothing is left for anyone to chase.
SAFETY
A client has a contraindication on her file. Services that conflict simply do not appear for her. New hires do not have to catch it. You do not have to remember it.
TIMING
You require four weeks between sessions. She tries to book at three. The calendar does not show that date. She never knows a rule was applied.
PRIORITY
Two clients want the same Saturday 10am. The loyal one gets it. The serial rescheduler sees the next available time. You never had to choose.

LAYER 02 — MONEY THAT NEVER LEAKS
DEPOSITS
Clients can secure with the minimum deposit, or put more down upfront. Easier budgeting. Stronger commitment.
RESCHEDULING
You decide how many times a client can reschedule before the deposit is forfeited, converted to credit, or the booking is cancelled. Clients agree to your rules when they book. Clee holds the line. You are not the one delivering the message.
GIFT CARDS
Clients buy gift cards for friends, family, and themselves. The money lands in your account now. The redemption happens on their schedule, not yours.
CANCELLATIONS
A late cancellation converts the deposit to the outcome you have set, whether forfeiture, credit, or product. You do not send the email.

LAYER 03 — FILLING THE CALENDAR WITHOUT YOU LIFTING A FINGER
WAITLIST
She cancels at 9am. The waitlist is notified by text and email. The first client to confirm, within your rules, takes the slot.
ABANDONED CHECKOUT
She picks a time and closes the tab. An email finds her two hours later. A text arrives the next morning at 8am. Most of the time, she books.
SAME-DAY GAPS
A 2pm cancels at 11am. The slot is offered to clients who have had that service before. Booked within the hour. No discount.
UPSELLING
She adds a $100 service. At checkout, a $500 package appears that includes it inside a larger offer. She chooses the $500.

LAYER 04 — RETENTION THAT RUNS ON ITS OWN
PLANS
You build a plan for her once. The system sends the follow-ups at the right moments. She stays on track. You never chase.
LIFECYCLE
A loyal client stops booking. She is moved into an at-risk stage and receives a tailored re-engagement message. You did not tag her.
RETAIL
She bought a product eight weeks ago. The reminder reaches her the week it runs out, with one-click reorder.
COMMUNICATION
A welcome message before. Aftercare after. A rebooking nudge at the right interval. She feels cared for. You sent nothing.

LAYER 06 — THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE, BEAUTIFULLY HELD
MESSAGING
She texts back. You see it. You reply from inside Clee and have a full history of her bookings, notes, and plan next to the conversation. Nothing lives on a personal phone.
CLIENT PORTAL
She logs in to see her upcoming appointments, her packages, sessions remaining, her plan, and her payment history. She manages what she needs to manage. Your front desk does not.
REVIEWS
A compliment request lands in her inbox after every appointment. The happy ones turn into public testimonials. The unhappy ones come to you first, privately, before they become a star rating.
REFERRALS
Every client gets a referral link. Every referral that books is tracked and rewarded automatically. Your best clients grow your business, and the rewards take care of themselves.
